Three steps, in the order that works

Every engagement follows the same shape: map first, build second, keep it running third. You can stop after any step and keep everything.

The Roadmap

from £250

Delivered within a week

A working session in your business, then a written plan of what to fix and build, in order, with costs.

Find out more

  • Half-day session, in person or on a call
  • A map of where your week loses time and money
  • A tool and AI audit: keep, kill, connect
  • A prioritised build plan, yours to keep, whoever builds it

The Build Sprint

from £500

Two to four weeks. Bigger builds typically £1,500 to £2,500

The top items on your roadmap, built. Scope and price agreed up front, working before final payment.

I run at most two sprints at once, so quality never queues.

Find out more

  • Automations that end the copy-paste
  • Bookings, payments and follow-up flows
  • A site that sells, if the plan says so
  • AI only where it earns its keep

The Partner

from £200 a month

Three-month minimum, limited availability

Your on-call product lead. Everything kept running, improvements shipped, straight answers on every new tool.

Find out more

  • Monitoring and fixes for what we built
  • One shipped improvement per month
  • Async access plus one call per month
  • "Should I use this?" answered within a day

Everything else

Not every job fits a package. One-off jobs are quoted flat after a quick call: a Stripe setup, a landing page for an ad campaign, an email flow that follows itself up, a Canva template pack your team can actually use, a presentation that wins the room.

Asked and answered

Can't I do this myself with AI?

Quite possibly, and I will say so where it is true. The Roadmap is yours to keep and execute alone if you want. Most owners find the bottleneck is not the tools, it is deciding what to do first and having someone accountable for it actually working.

What do you not do?

I do not do long retainers you cannot explain, one-size templates, or tech for tech's sake. If the honest answer is "you do not need this", that is the answer you get.

Where are you based, and do you work remotely?

I'm in Northern Ireland, and everything I build can be delivered remotely. Clients across the UK and Ireland work with me over calls without losing anything.

What does "from" mean in the prices?

The from-price is the genuine starting price for the smallest version of that job. Before any work starts you get a quote in writing, and that number does not move unless we agree the scope has.

The Roadmap is where to begin

One half-day and you will know exactly what to build next, whatever you decide to do with it.
